Where else can I find your products?

We love participating in farmers markets, street fairs and other various pop up events all over the area! In fact, this is where it all started for us. Even with the addition of our storefront, we intend to continue to participate in farmers markets, street fairs and other events going forward.

Products
Is your bakery vegan friendly?

Yes! All of our products are dairy free with the overwhelming majority egg free. Approximately 95% of our products are 100% vegan.

Where can I find your ingredients?

The best place to find what ingredients are in products is via our website. Each product details page will have a drop down section under the "Add to cart" button. If you have any other questions or concerns, please contact our bakery.

What allergens are present at your bakery?

Our products are made in a dedicated gluten free & dairy free facility with a prioritization of supporting local growers and suppliers. We make an effort to buy organic, wholesome, non-GMO ingredients wherever it's possible. The majority of our products are egg free and soy free and we take precautions to eliminate cross-contamination with other allergens : eggs, peanuts and tree nuts. Common allergens are listed on our product tags and ingredient information can be found online under the product info page.

Are you a certified gluten free facility?

No, we are not a certified gluten free facility. However, we have dedicated our facility to be free of ingredients or products that would naturally contain gluten.

What kind of flour do you use?

Our gluten free flour blend consists of brown rice, potato starch, tapioca, xanthan gum. The majority of our products are made with this flour blend. However some select items ie. cinnamon rolls, may use an altered blend. You can find the ingredients for each product posted on our website by viewing the product page.

Do you ship?

At this time, we do not ship our products. As we continue to evolve and develop other products, this might become an option.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes and no. We have many of our products listed on various food platforms such as DoorDash, GrubHub and UberEats which can be found here or simply log into your preferred app. Unfortunately if you are located outside of the delivery radius for these food platforms, they will not be able to deliver to you. 

We don't currently offer a Sinful Confections delivery service.

Would it be possible to make a customized order for a date in the future?

 Yes! If you're looking for an item that's not in our weekly rotation or you're looking to place a large order; ie cupcakes, you can shop our online store and select a future date and time for pick up. Most items require a preparation time of 3 business days while some items; ie cakes, require a longer preparation time. This information is located on each product's info page. 

If you have questions or concerns about ordering online, please contact us or visit our store location. Orders can be placed at our location as well.

Return & Exchanges
What is your refund /cancellation policy?

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:

FULL REFUND if your order is cancelled at least one week (7 days) from due date.

PARTIAL REFUND (50%) if your order is cancelled four (4) to six (6) days before due date.

NO REFUND if your order is cancelled within 72 hours (3 days) prior to due date.

If you try one of our products and just don't care for it, then we hope you try something different next time; however a refund will not be given.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@sinfulconfectionsbakery.com.
